While signing in your team, have ready the following
documents:
Player Id Cards or Birth Certificates and your Official
Team Roster "Prior" to your 1st game.
*All teams must be ASA registered with proof of
insurance.
*Any special requests must be in writing with
entry form.
*A charge of $35.00 for any NSF Check
